Refund/Exchange Policy
If you purchased something or thinking about it, first & foremost thank you for rocking with me! Here’s what you need to know about refunds & exchanges....
REFUNDS
- All merchandise purchased online must be returned within 21 days that you received the item(s) to receive a refund. We will not honor exchanges or returns on damaged by customer or custom items.
- All sales are final on clearance, cosmetic & custom items. No exchanges. No refunds.
- Merchandise must be returned to Cheree Carter Couture within 14 days to be eligible for return.
- We reserve the right to decline exchange on worn or clothing that smells worn as we may see fit.
Cosmetics:
Due to the nature of our supplements and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that results vary from person to person and that individual sensitivities or allergies to ingredients are not considered product defects. Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list before purchasing.
