Hyaluronic Liquid BBL 101

I get tons and tons of the same questions each day so I knew that meant it’s time for a new blog post🤪 So let’s talk about everything you should know before booking your non-surgical bbl!
Liquid BBL is a non-surgical spin on the traditional fat transfer Brazilian butt lift surgery. Unlike a traditional BBL, this treatment doesn’t require incisions or significant downtime. Instead, it relies on superficial injections of a long-lasting filler designed for the body to define the gluteal region.
I only use hyaluronic acid for my fillers so here’s the good news ⏩️⏩️ nothing illegal is being injected and no it’s nothing like what the celebrities get put in and cry out about removing. In fact it’s very important for you to know, these fillers are semi-permanent and your body will naturally absorb them eventually in 18-24 months. Touch ups are recommended.
What Is Hyaluronic Acid?
Hyaluronic acid is naturally found throughout our bodies and is necessary for it to function properly. HA is found in our skin, inside our joints, within our eyes and in other tissues. It attracts and holds water molecules creating volume and hydration. We use a soft liquid filler that stays jiggly throughout your filler’s lifespan.
Hyaluronic Acid:
✔️Increases collagen production
✔️Increases skin's moisture levels
✔️Helps skin's elasticity and flexibility
✔️Accelerates skin regeneration and healing
✔️Plumps & swells the booty
I use a micro cannula which gives you faster & fuller results on first treatment. It also reduces needle sticks giving you less entry points to achieve your booty goals!

Where Can HA Filler Be Added?
Our most popular request is hip dip fillers which usually will require at least 100ML+ each hip to give new full hips. Below is pictured with 60ML each hip. This client still needs 30ML-40ML to completely fill her frame.

In the cheeky area: Below we have 100ML each cheek. You can also add to the cuff area for more hang-time. No cuff filler was added to this client.

How To Book:
First you’ll need a consultation. Everyone’s body is different and will need different amounts to book correctly according to body goals.
Text 412-460-5432 to get started.
Keep in mind the amount of filler is equally divided amongst your frame. If you book 100ML that’ll be 50ML on sides OR 50ML each cheek. You will more than likely have to return for more. 100ML is good for dents & imperfections. Not so much volume.
A brand new booty would be 100ML on the sides, 100ML each cheek, 50ML each cuff giving 500ML booked. More can be added if your frame can handle it on another session.
What Are The Risks?
One of the main risks with any procedure using a needle is the possibility of infection. That possibility is greatly reduced due clean & sterile supplies/devices, use of gloves and sterilization sprays used during procedure.
Not to mention you will be sent home with a take home care kit, post treatment information and you’ll also leave knowledgeable on how to care for your injections and how to keep them clean and infection free!
Feel confident in knowing your procedure is being performed by a skilled injection specialist that takes all the necessary precautions to keep you safe and worry free!
What Are The Pros?
Oh my there are so many😊
The main one I love to mention is you don’t have to worry if you’re going to wake up from the treatment because we don’t put you to sleep! The cannula is blunt tipped and can’t do any unnecessary damage.
You’ll be completely numbed with a localized lidocaine shot so you won’t feel the filler being inserted or the movement of the cannula.
It’s the actual service that looks painful right? Well that’s not what to worry about. Keep reading to the cons & I’ll tell you more😏
Another pro is you get instant results! Although the filler fluffs in a few days to a week after the procedure, you still leave with instant noticeable results. If you want DRAMATIC most will have to book 500ML+ depending on butt length & width.
Keep in mind this filler will have no long-term effects because it’s not permanent and it’s a natural filler your body is already used to.
What Are The Cons?
It’s important to get a consultation before booking. You don’t want to under book and leave feeling unsatisfied because you really need more to meet your goal booty. So that can be a con. But if a person so happens to book without one, I still reach out to set expectations anyway.
You will be sore after the lidocaine wears off. I did myself so it’s not the whole area treated being sore but just really where I poked myself. It’s necessary to stay off the treated area for two weeks while filler softens & fluffs. So that means no sleeping on hips if you got them filled and sleeping on your stomach if your butt was injected.
Sitting on a bbl pillow is ideal to keep pressure off the filler. BBL panties are needed to hold filler in place. Panties can be bought in-studio.
Infection is a possibility but I’ve already mentioned above how we prevent that. If you fall and scrape your knee, you bleed, you’re at risk for infection. Anytime there’s a wound, it’s always a possibility.
Bruising & mild soreness will happen. That doesn’t mean you’ll scar but it is possible you may experience some red & blueness at injection site due to the needle or cannula device. This should alleviate within a week or so.
It’s important that you understand that everyone’s body is different and will require different amounts of filler to reach desired body goals. What someone else was able to achieve may not be the same for you by booking the same amount.
