Refund/Exchange Policy
If you purchased something or thinking about it, first & foremost thank you for rocking with us! Here’s what you need to know about refunds & exchanges....
REFUNDS
- All merchandise purchased online must be returned within 21 days that you received the item(s) to receive a refund. We will not honor exchanges or returns on damaged by customer or custom items.
- All sales are final on clearance, cosmetic & custom items. No exchanges. No refunds.
- Merchandise must be returned to Cheree Carter Couture within 14 days to be eligible for return.
- We reserve the right to decline exchange on worn or clothing that smells worn as we may see fit.
